Satori is an intense retreat where everything is focused on you having a direct experience of yourself. It uses techniques and structure of zen tradition and self-inquiry and with the support of facilitators and the team, you are having all you need to have that direct experience. It is an individual and authentic experience of yourself, without the pressure of the past or future, of the ideas you picked up growing up or of any spiritual tradition.

The process also helps to integrate that experience, giving you tools and making it possible for you to carry it into your daily life.

Dipl. Psych, MA, specialised in Clinical Psychology. Soon the inner search brought her to the Indian mystic Osho, who’s disciple she is since 1975, living and working in his communes for 25 years.

She is facilitator of Awareness Intensives for 47 years. Nowadays she leads Satori and other Meditations Retreats worldwide and offers Awareness Intensives trainings. In 2007. she founded the Academy of Awareness and Creative Expression. It is the harvest of her work and rich life experiences.

With a career as an actor and acting teacher, he starts his journey through arts. Through that experience, he discovers meditation which becomes his practice.

He trains in hypnotherapy, as well as in Inner judge with Avikal Costantino and in Awareness intensive process with Ganga Cording and Avikal Costantino.

He dedicates himself to Awareness Intensives and to self-inquiry work, which is his focus for many years.
